Are there any hidden costs?

Mooring is free along the towpath although if you choose to stay in a marina overnight there may be a charge and British Waterways charge £5 for an overnight stay in another marina. Water is free and we give you a British Waterways key on arrival. Diesel, gas and pump-outs (if necessary) are included in the price you pay.

Do you supply maps?

You can purchase maps online via our amazon store, or when you arrive at the marina (subject to stock).

Are there linen and towels?

We provide linen and towels, all included in the price you pay.

Can I fish?

Fishing is allowed on the Canals at any time of year, but a Rod Licence is required - you can get a 1 day, 8 day, or annual licence from the post office, or Online at the Environment website: www.environment-agency.gov.uk
